Sri Ekkirala Sudarsana Lakshmi Narayana (E.S.L. Narayana) is the youngest son of Master E.K. He got educated in “Janakulam vidyalayam” which was established by Master E.K. Bharateeya education was imparted freely by Master E.K. and his disciples through these Janakulam schools. E.S.L. Narayana was educated in B.V.K. college and later got his M.Com and M.A. Astrology from the open University. He got trained by his father in Homoeopathy, Astrology and Vedic recital. Also he got trained in conducting rituals by his father. He attended many training classes conducted by Master E.K. in all these subjects. Every day he conducts pooja and fire ritual in the head-quarters and during gurupooja celebrations in various centers. After Master E.K.’s departure from his physical body E.S.L. Narayana joined his brother Sri E. Ananthakrishna and Sri Punnaiah Sastry in conducting training classes in Homoeopathy and Vedic recitation. Regularly he attends to the free dispensary at Swetadweepam, the head-quarters of the organisation. He accompanies his brother Sri E. Ananthakrishna to the medical camps and tours to the centers of the organisation. Also he provides Astrological consultations everyday at his residence at Chinamushidivada, Visakhapatnam. He made a compilation of rituals of pooja and homam with the Vedic mantrams and also with the recital of Lalitha and Vishnu Sahasranamams
